Portrait of Giorgos Fanidakis, psychologist

I'm Giorgos, a psychologist with a specialization in neuropsychology, passionate about supporting people who live, study, or build a life away from home. At the heart of my work is helping you explore who you are: your identity, your attachment style, the core beliefs and schemas you carry, and the repeating patterns that keep you stuck. Alongside that, my neuropsychology specialization means we also work with how your brain actually functions.

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ πŸ‡¬πŸ‡· Sessions in English and Greek

We can work in whichever language feels most like you. Some things are easier to say in your mother tongue, while others come out more freely in English. You are welcome to move between the two in the same session.

Education & research

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wrexham University
  • Master's degree in Cognitive Neuropsychology from the University of East London
  • Currently completing a second Master's in Legal Psychology at Maastricht University
  • Member of a research team studying how childhood trauma shapes psychopathological outcomes in adulthood

I also know firsthand what it means to be far from home. I spent three years living in the Netherlands as a student and an expat, navigating a new culture, language, and sense of identity. That experience stays with me in every session. It shapes how I listen, how I hold space, and how I understand that building a life abroad can be both exciting and sometimes challenging.

A safe space

You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported.

Therapy works best when you feel genuinely connected to your psychologist. I focus on building a warm, trusting relationship where you can express yourself openly, explore who you are, and feel safe enough to grow.

My commitment to you

  • βœ“You set the pace. Nothing is forced or rushed.
  • βœ“Your story is met with curiosity, not judgment.
  • βœ“Identity is explored with care, respect, and support.
  • βœ“You are challenged only when it helps you move forward.
